Returns & Exchanges

Items are eligible for return/exchange within 45 days of original purchase so long as they are unused, unwashed and unworn. Downloadable content is not eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, email Customer Service at rseicustomerservice@pprm.org.

To return/exchange items, please email Customer Service at rseicustomerservice@pprm.org. Be sure to include proof of purchase (like your invoice or receipt), the item(s) you’d like to return/exchange and a brief an explanation. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Shipping charges are refunded only if:

  • the carrier loses the package
  • an item was shipped damaged or defective
  • an item was damaged during shipping
  • we ship an incorrect item

If the return is a result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Credits & Charges

Credits and charges will be issued in the same manner as the original transaction. Please allow 7-14 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
