Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement.

To request a replacement, please email Customer Service at rseicustomerservice@pprm.org. Be sure to include proof of purchase (like your invoice or receipt), a list of the item(s) you’d like to replace, proof of damage, and a brief explanation. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Shipping charges are refunded only if:

  • the carrier loses the package
  • an item was shipped damaged or defective
  • an item was damaged during shipping
  • we ship an incorrect item

If the exchange is a result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Credits & Charges

Credits and charges will be issued in the same manner as the original transaction. Please allow 7-14 business days for exchanges to be processed.
