In this webinar we will be exploring the many ways that weight stigma, sizeism, and anti-fat bias impact sexual health services and education. We will explore biases about size and how these biases can show up in classrooms and in medical care. Specifically, we’ll be talking about how conversations about size inform different topics in sex education. We will talk about what we can do to make sure we’re not only including information about all body sizes in sex education, but also working to combat anti-fat bias. Lastly, we’ll briefly examine how body image intersects with sexuality and race.
